Taiwan’s Cutting-edge Technology Trade Fair, “COMPUTEX 2016,” hosted by the Taiwan External Trade and Development Council (TAITRA) and the Taiwan Computer Association (TCA) has reached Day 4. International visitors continue to arrive and the event is hotter than ever. Diverse exhibitors including Delta Electronics, ABB and Mercedes- Benz showcasing their latest IoT-related products and services grasp the attention of countless visitors.
Delta Electronics highlights “Smart-Green Buildings” and presents future smart-workplaces that are eco-friendly with the use of Delta products and solutions in creating energy efficient buildings. The booth design and setup was modeled after Delta Electronics’ headquarters featuring “Smart-Green Buildings” and has received positive feedbacks from visitors.
ABB, world’s leading supplier of industrial robots, introduces a solution allowing control over industrial robots through VR, utilizing HTC’s VR System, “Vive”.
Many visitors are experiencing the technology first hand.
Mercedes-Benz, exhibit in the German Pavilion hosted by the German Trade Office Taipei, focuses on “Intelligent Drive” and showcases its innovative technology of partial autonomous driving which ensures safety and comfort. It’s popular among the visitors and receiving the attention of many media as well.
The technology industry not only connect the latest technologies, but merges the R&D of the supply chain along with design and manufacturing, leading to the development of a global technology ecosystem.
